Gîte description

You can find the Gîte du Chant de l’Eau in the village of Le Sappey en Chartreuse. 

The gîte has been classed as ‘3 épis’*.

The owners, Colette and Bruno Charles, will welcome you to their home, and offer much more than just a place to stay. They can provide you with all the help and information that you need in order to truly discover the Chartreuse region.

A total of 14 people can be accommodated in 5 rooms:

• two double rooms
• two rooms for three people
• and a four-bedded family room.

All rooms are en-suite, with private bath or shower and toilet facilities.

The heart of the gîte is a large communal room. It is a great meeting place for our guests. Breakfast and evening meals are taken around the large wooden table.

A further feature is our large fireplace, with a roaring fire to welcome our winter visitors.

There is also a cosy corner of our lounge area which is full of nature books, where you will be able to find the answers to any questions that may occur to you during your walks.
